For this purpose, the certain structural model from the perspective of the employees in the company's warehouses of Kayson will be analyzed. Survey-based applied research and methods of structural equation modeling is used in the survey. The required data through questionnaires from a sample of 152 employees of the company's warehouses is Kayson the cluster sampling was collected. Cranach’s alpha and composite reliability, the reliability of the questionnaire were to the right. The test model with partial least squares method and correlation test was performed with the use of SMART-PLS software.
