شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر انتخاب تأمین‌کنندگان در زنجیره تأمین لارجت و پایدار با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی در شرکت‌های مواد غذایی شهرک صنعتی شهرکرد

چکیده

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌های موثر بر انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان در زنجیره تأمین لارجت و پایدار در صنعت مواد غذایی شهرک صنعتی شهرکرد با استفاده از روش دلفی می‌باشد. برای نیل به این هدف، با استفاده از روش ترکیبی اکتشافی، داده‌ها در دو مرحله (کیفی و کمّی) جمع‌آوری شد. در ابتدا، ضمن مطالعه ادبیات تحقیق، از طریق مصاحبه ساخت‌یافته و نیمه‌ساخت‌یافته با 11 نفر از مدیران و خبرگان دانشگاهی که با روش نمونه‌گیری نظری انتخاب شدند، مؤلفه‌ها مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت. در بخش کیفی، با استفاده از روش دلفی، تعداد 14 نفر از پانلیست‌ها پس از چهار راند، در مورد مؤلفه‌های زنجیره تأمین لارجت و پایدار به اتفاق‌نظر دست‌یافتند و اعتبار بخش کیفی نیز، از طریق ضریب هماهنگی کندال (k=0.61) مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. روش تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات در بخش کمّی، در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی (فریدمن) از طریق نرم‌افزار «SPSS22» و «Lisrel» اجرا شد. پانلیست‌های تحقیق حاضر، مؤلفه‌های کلیدی را در قالب 123 مفهوم کلیدی، 26 زیرمعیار و 6 معیار اصلی که شامل: معیار ناب، چابک، تاب‌آوری، سبز، استعداد و نهایتاً پایدار می‌باشد را مورد شناسایی قرار دادند، که بیشترین امتیاز فریدمن مربوط به معیار «پایدار» با مقدار 5.29 و کمترین امتیاز مربوط به معیار «تاب‌آور» با مقدار 2.25 می‌باشد. ارزش پژوهش حاضر، به دلیل نوآوری محتوایی (استفاده هم زمان از شش رویکرد) می-باشد.

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the indicators affecting the Supplier’s selection in LARGT and Sustainable Supply Chain in the Food industry of Shahrekord industrial town using Delphi Mhetod. To this end, data were collected in two stages (qualitative and quantitative) using the Sequential Exploratory method. Initially, reviewing the research literature, the components were identified through structured and semi-structured interviews with 11 academic executives and experts selected by theoretical sampling. 14 panelists reached a consensus on the components of LARGT and Sustainable Supply Chain in the qualitative section after four rounds using the Delphi technique and the validity of the qualitative section was also confirmed by Kendall’s Coefficient of Concordance (k=0.61). The quantitative data analysis method was done in two descriptive and inferential statistics through SPSS and Lisrel software. The panelists identified key components in several formats including 123 key concepts, 26 sub-criteria and 6 main criteria which were Lean, Agile, Resilience, Green, Talent and Sustainable which the highest score of Freedman is related to Sustainable criterion with the value of 5.29 and lowest score was for Resilience criterion with the value of 2.25. The research value is due to the content (using six approaches simultaneously).
