پیشایندها و پیامدهای زنجیره تامین سبز: استفاده از روش فراترکیب و بهترین- بدترین

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی پیشایندها و پیامدهای زنجیره تامین سبز و اولویت بندی پیشایندهای زنجیره تامین سبز است. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی تعداد 167 مقاله مستند بود که در نهایت به 23 مقاله مرتبط با موضوع انتخاب شد و در بخش کمی 5 شرکت در صنعت قطعه‌سازی منتخب با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس10 نفر به عنوان خبره انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از هفت گام باروسو و ساندلوسکی در فراترکیب و روش بهترین- بدترین با استفاده نرم افزارهای مکس کیودا، اکسل، اس‌پی‌اس‌اس و لینگو تحلیل شد. پیشایندهای زنجیره تامین سبز در 3 مقوله (عوامل سازمانی، عوامل فرهنگی و عوامل محیطی) و 8 کد محوری (عوامل مدیریتی، توانمندی نیروی انسانی، سیاست های مالی سازمان، ترویج فرهنگ سبز، فعالیت فعالان محیط‌زیست، تکنولوژی و دانش، دولت، مشتریان و بازار) و 37 کد باز، پیامدهای زنجیره تامین سبز نیز در 3 مقوله (پیامدهای اقتصادی، پیامدهای اجتماعی و پیامدهای زیست محیطی) و 6 کد محوری (مزایای مالی مستقیم، مزایای مالی غیر مستقیم، مزایای سازمانی، حفاظت از سلامت انسان، کنترل آلودگی ها، حفاظت از منابع) و 20 کد باز در استخراج گردید. اولویت‌بندی پیشایندها به ترتیب عوامل مدیریتی 167/0، سیاست های مالی سازمان 152/0، دولت 147/0، تکنولوژی و دانش 145/0، توانمندی نیروی انسانی 130/0، مشتریان و بازار 114/0، ترویج فرهنگ سبز 101/0 و فعالیت فعالان محیط زیست 044/0 ارائه شد. نتیجه گرفته شد که صنایع قطعه‌سازی می‌بایست با حمایت از عوامل سازمانی در ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و محیط زیستی و همچنین پرداختن به مقوله فرهنگی و محیطی، فرایند مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز را پیاده‌سازی نمایند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to analyze the antecedents and consequences of green supply chain and prioritize green supply chain antecedents.The statistical population in the qualitative section was 167 documentary articles which were finally selected to 23 articles related to the subject and in the quantitative section 5 companies in the selected parts manufacturing industry were selected as experts by available sampling method. Data were analyzed using Barroso and Sandlowski's seven steps in the meta-combination and the best-worst method in the quantitative part using MaxQuoda, Excel, SPS and Lingo software. Green supply chain precedents in 3 categories (organizational factors, cultural factors and environmental factors) and 8 central codes (management factors, human resource capability, organizational financial policies, promotion of green culture, activities of environmental activists, technology and knowledge, government, Customers and market) And 37 open source, green supply chain implications in 3 categories (economic implications, social implications and environmental implications) and 6 core codes (direct financial benefits, indirect financial benefits, organizational benefits, human health protection, pollution control, Resource protection) and 20 open sources code was extracted. Prioritization of antecedents, respectively, managerial factors 0.167, organizational financial policies 0.152, government 0.147, technology and knowledge 0.145, manpower capability 0.130, customers and market 0.114, promotion of green culture 0.101 and the activity of environmental activists was presented as 0.044. It was concluded that the parts manufacturing industries should implement the green supply chain management process by supporting organizational factors in economic, social and environmental dimensions as well as addressing cultural and environmental issues.
